If you know what you are looking for, use the search box at the top right.

When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply click on it, select your size (choose an option) and the quantity, then click ”Add to cart”. You can continue shopping and add more items to your cart, or you can proceed to checkout by clicking on the cart icon.

Our checkout process is quick and straightforward. You can either create an account, add a coupon or proceed using our guest checkout.

If you pay by debit card or PayPal, We will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site.
If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, but your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.


Depending on the shipping service selected, orders placed on Edelweiss Boutique can be delivered every day of the week.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the service selected, as well as the origin and destination of your chosen pieces.
Express delivery is available for all destinations and Standard delivery is available in some countries.
All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in the European Union.

If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or region, import duties will not be applicable however you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes.

Once your order is placed, we will update you with:

  • Order confirmation: this email confirms that we have received your order and includes your order number. keep this email for your records.
  • Shipment confirmation: this email confirms that your order has shipped and typically contains carrier tracking information.
    if your order contains certain items, you may receive multiple shipment confirmation emails depending on when each shipment leaves our distribution center.

  • Order refunded this email confirms that your order is refunded.
